Klarna is the credit provider for your invoice. Together with Klarna Financial Services UK Ltd and Klarna Bank AB, we offer the following payment options where the payment is made directly to Klarna:
- Pay in 30 days: Your payment period begins when the order is shipped from us. This means that you can take the time to try on your product before making the decision. The terms for paying up to 30 days later can be found here.
- Pay in 3 installments: With Pay in 3, you can pay for something you buy by dividing the cost into three equal installments. At checkout, you’ll see an option to ‘Pay in 3 interest-free installments’. When you choose this option, just enter your card details to complete your purchase. The first payment is made at point of purchase, with remaining installments scheduled automatically every 30 days. The terms for paying in 3 installments can be found here.
In order to be able to offer different payment options, we need to share your personal, contact and order details with the provider of the respective payment service. The use of this information is regulated in accordance with the current data protection law and Klarna's privacy notice.
The invoice is sent to the email address you give when placing your order. You can always log in here or in the Klarna app to find your payment details and pay your invoices.
When you return goods, a refund is made to the invoice and you will receive an updated invoice. If you as a customer have questions about your invoice, want to pause your invoice due to a return or if you want to extend your due date, this can be done by contacting Klarna on freephone 0808 189 3333 or via Klarna's customer service.
