Do I have to keep my gift card until my order has been sent from the warehouse?

Yes. The purchase amount will be reserved on your gift card before the actual payment transaction. Your gift card will be charged when your order is ready to be shipped from our warehouse.

If your order for some reason is cancelled, the amount will be released back to your gift card. Then you can use your gift card again.
