To take advantage of the guarantee, contact our Customer Service via our contact form on lindex.com and state the order and item number as well as reason for the return. Customer Service then helps with the refund, which will be done within 14 days. You keep the product which doesn’t need to be returned.

The guarantee only applies to a first purchase of one (1) product from Female Engineering.
