How do I avoid being scammed?

Unfortunately, there are fraudulent competitions, fake emails and campaigns, where the sender uses the Lindex brand to cheat. This is something Lindex takes extremely seriously and wants to help our customers to avoid being scammed by these campaigns.

• Be attentive and suspicious. If you are unsure of who is the sender of the competition / offer, contact Lindex Customer Service.
• Question. Avoid clicking on links where you are unsure of where they will lead.
• Do not share any personal information. Always be careful about what personal information you share on the internet, do not give out sensitive or confidential information such as social security numbers, passwords or bank ID codes.
