How does the delivery to Lindex store work?

Can I have my package delivered to a Lindex store and pick it up there?

Yes, you can have your order delivered to one of Lindex stores where you can pick it up.

• Estimated delivery time: 5–8 working days
• Shipping cost: Free shipping
• Delivery: The package will be delivered to the Lindex store you selected. You’ll receive a notification via email or SMS when it’s ready for pickup.

Please note that it is not possible to track your order when it is delivered to a store. You will receive a notification when the package is ready for pick-up.

What should you keep in mind when picking up your package?

When picking up your order in-store, you’ll need to show the barcode from the notification and valid ID. Orders should preferably be collected by the person who placed the order.

If someone else is picking up the package for you, they must bring:

• The barcode from the 'Ready to pick' -notification
• The ID of the person collecting the package

How long will my package remain in the store?

Your order must be collected within 14 days. If you are unable to pick it up within that time and need an extension, please contact the store where your package is being delivered, and they will be happy to assist you.
