Where is my order? You can easily track your order by logging in to My Pages. There you can view your current order status and see where your order is in the process. Please note: Order status can only be viewed on the Lindex website (lindex.com) under My Pages. This information is not available in the Lindex app. Which order statuses can I see? Order receivedWe have received your order and will begin packing it shortly. Order is packed Your order has been picked and packed for delivery. Order is ready to be shippedYour order has been processed and is waiting to be handed over to the carrier. Order sent to store (store delivery)Your order is on its way to the store you selected for collection. Order ready for pick up (store delivery)Your order has arrived at the store and is ready to be collected. Order shipped (all other delivery methods)Your order has been shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you. I can't see any updates on my order. What should I do? It may sometimes take a little while for the status to be updated on My Pages.
