If you don’t pick up your parcel it will be sent in return to us and you will be refunded for the items with the same payment method as used paying the order. For packages that are to be collected in a Lindex store, the order will be cancelled if it is not picked up within the specified time. The items will then be returned to the store’s inventory, and your refund is usually processed within 3–5 banking days. If, after this time, you still have not received your refund or if you have any questions, you are warmly welcome to contact the store in question.
