How do I make a complaint about a used item?

You’re welcome to make a complaint by visiting one of our physical stores.

Prefer to return the item by post? Simply use the return label included in your parcel. Fill in the return form and clearly indicate which item you are returning and the reason for the complaint.

Once your complaint has been approved, we’ll refund you for the item.
