What should I do if I receive a faulty or incorrect item? At Lindex, we guarantee that each item is inspected before it’s sent to you. However, if you receive the wrong item or if something is damaged or faulty when it arrives, you are of course entitled to make a complaint. Please contact Lindex Customer Service within 5 days of receiving your order. You can make your complaint in one of our stores, which is often the easiest option. If you prefer to return the item by post, use the return label included in your parcel. Fill in the return form and clearly state which item you're returning and the reason for the complaint.
