Access to and use of Lindex Online Shop and www.lindex.com (the "Website") are subject to the following terms and conditions. If you access the Website, browse or place an online order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
To place an order on the Website, you must be over 18 years of age and must be resident within the United Kingdom.
Lindex retains the right to amend, modify or withdraw: the website, these terms and conditions at its discretion without notice to you. The terms and conditions valid at the time of placing the order shall be applicable to the order, even where there are subsequent amendments. These terms and conditions are construed and shall be governed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.
This Website also contains links to other websites (such as order tracking), which are not operated by Lindex. Lindex has no control over the linked sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

3. Terms of purchase
Lindex only accepts orders made from our website www.lindex.com - we currently cannot process orders via telephone, e-mail or by post.
To place an order on the Website, you must be over 18 years of age and must be resident within the United Kingdom. You must also provide us with a delivery address and contact details (such as e-mail address and mobile number). This can be done either in the shopping bag or by registering a customer profile on the Website. If you are resident outside the United Kingdom you have to register at your local Lindex website in the market in which the order shall be delivered, provided that it is within any of the 27 EU-countries to which Lindex delivers.
Items placed in the shopping bag are not reserved until the order is placed and confirmed by Lindex through order confirmation sent to your e-mail address.
a. Contract and confirmation of order
When ordering goods on lindex.com, a binding agreement to buy is concluded only after Lindex has confirmed the order. Your order information will appear on your screen when the order is registered. An order confirmation copy is sent to the e-mail address you have entered to place your order, when the payment has been confirmed.
b. Pricing and currency
All prices are shown in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) on the website and are inclusive of VAT. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.
Prices given on the date when the Customer makes an order are valid throughout the entire purchase process.
Maximum purchase amount per order is £ 500 (including any shipping and handling fees)
Sale prices and offers may differ between our stores and lindex.com.
c. Discount and promotion codes
Lindex may from time to time offer promotional discounts, with or without a promotion code. The promotions are shown in the shopping cart, and if you have a discount code, enter this in the shopping bag.
Promotions with codes are usually only valid for one purchase and cannot be used again, unless otherwise stated. After the order has been confirmed, Lindex cannot add a promotion to it. For this reason, it is recommended that the customer double-checks that the promotion/discount code is registered on the order before the order is confirmed and paid for.
Lindex may from time to time offer promotional discounts, with or without a promotion code. Promotions with codes are generally valid only once, and once the code is used it will be deactivated and the code will no longer be valid.
When a campaign or promotion is communicated in printed material, or in digital material (e.g. in an e-mail newsletter) by Lindex, Lindex states that combination of different promotions are prohibited. Lindex thereby, in case of misuse of either campaigns or promotions, reserves the right to cancel the customer's order.
Lindex does not take responsibility for promotion codes or promotions published on external websites.
Lindex online shop accepts the following means of payment for orders from http://www.lindex.com/uk/. The content of other Lindex sites, e.g. http://www.lindex.com/eu/, are in general the same, however differences in currencies, means of payment, and delivery options varies between one site and another.
When paying using a credit- or debit card (VISA, Mastercard, Sofort or Maestro), the amount of the order is immediately authorized, and the authorization will be debited when the order is dispatched.
All payments that are conducted with a credit- or debit card are made via our secure Payment Service Provider (PSP) which uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) in encrypted form providing high-level security for the customer in accordance with the international security standard PCI DSS. All credit- and debit cardholders are subject to validation- and authorization control by the card issuer. If the issuer of the given credit- or debit card refuses to authorize the payment to Lindex, you shall receive a message stating that the payment couldn't be performed. Lindex shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of the order caused by such refusal to authorize payment
- Pay in 30 days: Your payment period begins when the order is shipped from us. This means that you can take the time to try on your product before making the decision. The terms for paying up to 30 days later can be found here.
- Pay in 3 installments: With Pay in 3, you can pay for something you buy by dividing the cost into three equal installments. At checkout, you’ll see an option to ‘Pay in 3 interest-free installments’. When you choose this option, just enter your card details to complete your purchase. The first payment is made at point of purchase, with remaining installments scheduled automatically every 30 days. The terms for paying in 3 installments can be found here.

Payment with Google Pay. Add your credit or debit cards to the Google account on your Android.
Lindex aims to deliver orders within 4-6 business days after the order is confirmed by Lindex. Note that delivery times are estimates and that deliveries could take somewhat longer during peak season (such as Christmas) and for deliveries to remote locations. (Delivery to Mainland UK only, excluding Northern Ireland).
The delivery time is counted from when Lindex confirms the order with the Order Confirmation. Lindex receives and delivers all orders in the order they are received by Lindex. Please be aware of that Lindex warehouse is situated in Sweden, which is the main cause that our timescales in terms of delivery may seem slightly longer than some of our competitors in the United Kingdom.
When your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will also receive a shipping confirmation, with information on how to track the shipment and the tracking number of the order. Should the delivery be delayed for more than 30 days, you are entitled to cancel the purchase. In such case the Customer is requested to contact Lindex Customer Service here.
Pickup from Lindex store (Free shipping)
If you choose to pick up your order in a Lindex store, the delivery will be free of charge.
The order shall be collected within 14 days. For unclaimed orders you will be refunded.
When collecting the order at the Lindex store, you shall present the order number and a valid personal identification document, a photo ID, which must be a passport or driving license.
If you don't have the possibility to personally pick up your order, you may send a courier in your name. The courier must be able to present valid personal identification documents, yours as well as his/her own. The valid personal identification document must be a photo ID, a passport or a driving license.
UPS home delivery (shipping cost £1,90)
When you choose UPS home delivery, your order will be delivered to the address you stated when you placed the order, within 4-6 business days. The shipping cost for home delivery is £1,90 per order.
If your order value exceeds £24,99, the delivery is free of charge for More at Lindex members.
Lindex uses UPS for standard home deliveries. UPS Standard parcels are generally delivered anytime Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. (and sometimes later) to residences, and to business addresses during their normal business hours.
If UPS are unable to deliver a parcel that shows a status of "out for delivery," they will try another delivery on the next business day. UPS may make up to three delivery attempts at its discretion at your address on regular UPS delivery days. After the final attempt, undeliverable parcels will be returned to the sender.
If you are unavailable when UPS attempts delivery at your address, UPS may deliver your parcel to a UPS Access Point®location near your home, where your parcel will be held for you to collect for 10 calendar days. After 10 calendar days, your parcel will be returned to the sender as undeliverable.
In order to collect your parcel from a UPS Access Point location, bring your government-issued photo ID and your tracking number. If someone else is picking it up for you, they should provide the InfoNotice or release form.
4. Exchanges and returns
a. Lindex Return Policy
Return and exchange policy
Lindex has a 60-day return policy, which means that you can return items you have ordered up to 60 days from the date you received your order, provided that the items returned contain the original labels, are unused and are in their original condition. On sale items Lindex offers 14 days right of withdrawal. You must indicate the reason for returning the goods. The returned items shall, as far as is possible, be packaged in the same way as when the items were received.
If trying on bathing suits or underwear, please ensure that these items are tried on over your own underwear and please do not remove the hygiene strip.
For hygiene reasons, Lindex cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:
- bathing suits or underwear if in either case the hygiene seal has been removed or if Lindex reasonably believes the items have been worn (other than for the purposes of trying on in accordance with the above); or
- cosmetics or earrings which have been removed from their sealed packaging.
However in respect of items which are faulty please see the Lindex defective items policy below.
b. Return options
Return by post
You can also return the item by post. Goods bought in store cannot be returned to Lindex.com.
If you wish to return unwanted items by postal services, please send the items together with the Delivery Returns Form (enclosed with your order) to Lindex within 60 days and on sale items within 14 days of the date on which you received the items. With the delivery, you will also receive a pre-paid return address label that should be placed on top of the returned order. If the product comes in some kind of packaging, it must be in the same packaging when it is returned.
Lindex does not reimburse return shipping costs incurred in other ways. The customer thus bears the transport risk.
If you have paid for the item with a bank or credit card, Klarna or gift card you will be refunded for the return to the same payment method. The refund of the returned item takes place within 14 days from when we received the item.
Any fees on the order are the same regardless of how many items the customer has purchased. In the case of a partial return, payment and delivery fees are not refunded. When returning an entire order, all fees incurred in connection with placing the order are refunded.
Any discount used with returned goods has been used and is not transferred to other goods in the order.
When you return goods included in an offer, you will lose the discount if the remaining goods do not fulfill the terms of the offer. The discount is calculated on the remaining goods that you keep after the return.
Return to store
To return, complain or exchange an item, we recommend that you contact one of our Lindex stores in the United Kingdom. Then the return and possible exchange will be handled directly. In the case of a return in store, the refund is settled directly.
When returning items to a Lindex store, you as a customer must show the return form/digital receipt that came with order. Only this way can the purchase price and Delivery and Service Fee be refunded to the Customer.
Refunds are made primarily to the payment method you used when placing the order. If the payment method was a card payment, the refund must be made to the same card.
Items from special collections must be returned to lindex.com.
c. Notice of Defects
Lindex carefully inspects each dispatch before the delivery to you. Should the goods nevertheless be incorrect, damaged of defective upon arrival to you, you are requested to contact Lindex Customer Service.
The best way make a complaint is to contact one of Lindex stores, if provided locally. Complaints can also be made by sending the faulty product to Lindex by post. When notifying us about the defect, you are required to indicate the reason for returning the goods. After this, use the Return form to return the defective merchandise according to instructions for returns. Once Lindex has received the damaged goods, Lindex will process and refund you for the return shipping cost within 14 days.
If an agreement between you and Customer Service for replacement of defected item is made, the customer will receive a replacement item and be refunded for his/her costs for the return shipment of the defective goods.
In disputes that we are unable to resolve, we recommend that the Customer contact the European Commission's online platform for dispute resolution
If an item is missing from your delivery, please check between different items and open all plastic bags in the package. Sometimes we pack several items in the same bag and one item may have ended up between other items. If you cannot find the missing item, contact our Customer service.
We ask that you contact Customer service within 5 days from the time you collect your package and thus discover any missing items.
Once Lindex has received the damaged goods, we will within 14 days refund the Customer for the faulty item as well as for the costs of the return shipping.
If the Customer prefers, he/she/they may also file his/hers/their claim at any Lindex store in UK.
Unfortunately Lindex may have made a mistake and missed to pack all items in your order - in such case please accept our apology and contact our customer service straightaway, so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as we can.
In disputes that we are unable to resolve, we recommend that the Customer contact the European Commission's online platform for dispute resolution: http://ec.europa.eu/odr
Item exchanges can only take place in Lindex stores and not by post. If you want to exchange the item, the delivery form/digital receipt, which comes with the order, must be presented. The item must be returned unused, in undamaged condition with all tags still attached. Any seals on items must remain on the exchanged item.
If you cancel your order in accordance with these terms, you will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the items and any standard delivery charges you paid for. Please note that Lindex is not obliged to refund any supplementary costs paid by you if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by Lindex.
Lindex will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, no later than (a) 14 days after the day we receive the returned items from you; or (b) if earlier, 14 days after the day you provide Lindex with evidence that you have returned the items; or (c) if you are not yet in receipt of the items, 14 days after the date on which you have informed us that you wish to cancel.
Lindex will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees from Lindex as a result of the reimbursement.
When you make a return of items included in an offer, the discount is removed if you don’t meet the conditions of the offer with the remaining items. The discount will be deducted from the remaining items which you keep after the return.
Lindex cannot process exchanges on returned items.
Lindex retains the right to withdraw from the delivery of the order if there has been a clear and obvious price error on the website (e.g. the price of the product appears to be too high or too low or if price is given as £0). In such case, Lindex shall without delay inform you of the error and notify the correct price to you.
The items sold at lindex.com are provided for private consumer use only. You agree not to use the items for any commercial or business purposes or for resale, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity. Any reprint, copying, downloading, storing, transmitting or similar activity relating to texts and images presented on lindex.com for any other purpose whatsoever without the prior written permission of Lindex, is prohibited. Lindex is not liable for any errors in texts or images and is only liable for loss of data, loss of income or profit, or loss from claims by third parties arising out of the use of the website or for any products or services purchased from lindex.com where such loss is a foreseeable result of Lindex breach of these terms or its negligence, but Lindex is not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if they were an obvious consequence of our breach or if they were contemplated by you and Lindex at the time we entered into the Contract. Lindex shall have no liability for any delay in the delivery of products to the extent that the delay is caused by any event outside of Lindex's reasonable control, including but not limited to war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, governmental actions and any other similar events.
While Lindex aims to accurately describe items and images on Lindex.com, there may be minor colour variations between the images and the actual products due to a number of factors such as the used internet browser or the monitors color contrast configurations. Lindex cannot be held responsible for differences in colors as a result of aforementioned factors.
Lindex shall have the right to interrupt the use of lindex.com at any time for example on account of maintenance procedures.
