Open Purchase & Returns

• Lindex offers a 30-day open purchase period upon presentation of a receipt.
• For sale items, a 14-day open purchase period applies.

All items must always be returned unused, undamaged, and with all tags attached and intact.

We seal underwear, swimwear in our women’s assortment, cosmetics, and earrings.
Please ask us to seal the item at the time of purchase — for a return, the seal must remain in place and be completely unbroken.

Complaints & Gift Receipts

We follow the rules and recommendations of the European commission regarding complaints and open purchases.

A gift receipt only entitles you to an exchange for another item or a store credit — not an open purchase.

Trying on Swimwear

• When trying on swimwear in-store: always try it on over your own underwear.
• When returning swimwear purchased online: the hygiene strip must remain attached.

Handling Discounts for Returns or Exchanges

If you return the item before the discount has expired, you may exchange it for a new item and the discount will be transferred.
If the discount has expired but the open purchase period is still valid, you may only exchange for the same item in a different size or color for the discount to be transferred.

Offers on Lindex.com Not Available in Store

You may keep the discount if you exchange for the same item in a different color or size.
It is not possible to exchange for a different item, as the offer does not apply in-store.

Can I Combine Multiple Offers?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine multiple offers or discounts. Sale prices and offers may vary between our stores and on lindex.com

We always recommend that you check the terms and conditions of the offer before completing your purchase, as different campaigns may have different rules.

How Do I Receive a Refund for a Store Purchase?

• Card payment:
  The refund is always made to the same card used for the purchase.
• Gift card:
  If you paid with a gift card, you will receive a new physical gift card in return with the corresponding amount.
