As a consumer there are many things you can do to have a positive impact as the choices you as a customer make matters. This is why we have a fair use policy to ensure that our customers engage in sustainable purchase and return behavior and do not attempt to commit fraud or violate our terms of purchase or applicable laws. As a consumer you always have the right to refund or claim, in line with our return policy and your statutory rights. By shopping with us, you agree to the following fair use policy:Intention to keep products: You intend to keep the items you purchase from us. If for any reason the product does not meet your requirements, or is damaged or defective, you will return the item in line with our returns policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.No fraud or violations: You will not attempt to commit fraud or violate Lindex’s terms of purchase or applicable laws.Accurate identity: You will not attempt to mislead us regarding your identity.No threats or violence: You will not pressure, threaten, or use violence against our staff or other customers in connection with purchases and returns or when contacting our customer service. Examples of behaviour that can be considered to violate Lindex Fair-use policy include:Unsustainable purchase and return behaviour: Very abnormal and unsustainable purchase and return behaviour that shows a history of routinely placing orders and returning the vast majority of items.Reselling or marketing products: Ordering/purchasing products from us to resell and/or market the products within a business activity.Used products: Attempting to return products that have clearly been worn, washed or used outside of simply checking for fit.Bonus points or fraud attempts: Attempting to obtain bonus points or by abusing discount codes, gift cards, gifts, and offers, encouraging/contributing to false orders, or other fraud attempts in order to obtain compensation from us.Fraudulent returns: Fraud attempts in connection with returns, such as replacement/falsification of labels and price tags and false claims of lost products.Improperly influencing staff: Attempting to improperly influence or threaten our staff to obtain an extended right of return compared to valid legislation or Lindex’s terms of purchase.If we suspect that you have violated our fair-use policy, we may investigate your behaviour and take necessary action, including cancelling your future orders or temporarily or permanently deactivating your customer account.
