About More at Lindex
More at Lindex is Lindex’s loyalty program. Membership is the key to getting a bonus, special offers and benefits. As a member of More at Lindex, you collect points on every purchase that is later converted to bonus payments. You also get personal offers and benefits as well as personally tailored communication based on your purchase history, your choices and preferences.
You can update your settings and decide which channels you want to receive communication from us via, e.g. email or SMS, at any time through My Lindex on lindex.com or via the Lindex app. You can also contact customer service if you need help.

- It is free of charge to be a member of More at Lindex.
- To become a member, you must be at least 18 years old and a UK resident.
- Lindex employees can be More at Lindex members but will not get a bonus
- Membership is individual.
- The loyalty program is valid nationwide, and you can only get a bonus on purchases in UK stores.
Applying for membership
You can apply for membership in any Lindex store, at lindex.com or via the Lindex app.
Always identify yourself at the cash register so you don’t miss out on your membership benefits. You can do this by logging in on lindex.com or in the Lindex app or by showing your membership in the app when shopping in store. If you have an old shopping tag, you can use this to register your purchase.
Lindex may change the membership conditions. If the changes are significant, you will be notified of them a month in advance by email or SMS, and you then have the possibility to opt out and cancel your membership.
Membership is open-ended, subject to one month’s notice from Lindex. If your membership has been inactive and your last recorded purchase was more than 36 months ago, Lindex may cancel your membership. Lindex also reserves the right to cancel membership in the event of abuse. Abuse is where you do not comply with the agreed conditions or you allow other people to register purchases against your member account.
My Lindex
When you become a member of More at Lindex, we give you the option of creating a user account on lindex.com or in the Lindex app. On My Lindex you can:
- View your personal details
- View your order history
- View your offers
- Opt out from direct marketing via email and SMS
Cancelling your membership
You can leave More at Lindex at any time by notifying Lindex Customer Service of this – using this form or by calling +44 203 005 0009.

Monthly bonus
How the bonus points system works
Here's how it works: for every 10p you spend, you’ll receive 1 point. Once you reach 1,000 points, you’ll enjoy a £2.50 bonus payment (£100 spent = £2.50 bonus payment). In the case of a return, the corresponding points will be deducted. This is done every month, and you will receive information via email or SMS if you qualify for a bonus. The monthly bonus is paid out each month after the bonus calculation for the previous month is completed. If you do not reach a level that qualifies for a bonus payment, the points will be carried over to the next month. This means you can earn a continuous bonus of 2.5% on your purchases (see the table below).

Earned bonus cannot be exchanged for cash.
You collect bonus points on every purchase, except for the purchase of gift cards and when shopping with bonus points. Payments made with gift cards will give you bonus points.
Bonus points and bonus cannot be registered retroactively. Always identify as a member when shopping so that you don’t miss out on your bonus points and bonus.
Your bonus is valid for six (6) months.
How to use your bonus
When shopping in a Lindex store, at lindex.com or in the Lindex app and you have a bonus on your account you need to request to use it yourself. If your bonus is over £20 you need to show your ID card when you shop in a Lindex store. This is for your security and to ensure that no one other than you can use your bonus.
Information about your bonus
You’ll find your current bonus and information about bonus points at lindex.com and in the Lindex app. Information about your earned bonus is also sent to you via email or SMS when you reach the bonus levels stated above.
Personalised services
When you are a member of More at Lindex, we do our very best to ensure the best personal experience possible for you. This includes personalising the content and functions you use and the communication you receive, such as in product recommendations, suggestions for your wish list, saving shopping lists, saving your preferred delivery method to make future purchases easier, reminding you about forgotten or abandoned digital shopping carts or other actions that will make your experience of using our services as smooth as possible.
To understand what kind of content should be shown to you, we analyse:
- How web sites and other digital channels are used (for example, which web pages and sections of web pages have been visited and what searches have been made).
- Purchase history
- Age and place of residence
- Results from customer satisfaction or marketing studies.
Personal offers
Our ambition is to get to know you so that we can give you tailor-made offers and discounts that we think you will particularly enjoy.
To be able to do this, we process personal data such as contact details (email address, telephone number, address, customer number), your purchase history, user behaviour on our website or app, whether you have clicked on Lindex ads on third-party channels, how often our
newsletters are opened, and responses to customer surveys. Since our analyses are built on preferences based on members’ personal data, different members get different offers, discounts and communication.
Events
As a member, you may get invites to various customer events.
Our communication
For you to enjoy the benefits of being a member to the fullest and get information about your membership or other exciting things happening here at Lindex, you can also receive communication from us through a variety of channels, e.g. email, SMS, social media, apps or other similar channels.

Disclaimer
Lindex is not liable for losses or damages suffered because of technical errors, impaired functions or other similar errors relating to your membership of More at Lindex. This does not apply to liability that cannot be waived according to mandatory legislation.
Force Majeure
Lindex will not be liable for losses caused by legal acts, actions by public authorities, acts of war, strikes, blockades, boycotts, lockouts or other similar circumstances. This disclaimer in the case of strikes, blockades, boycotts and lockouts will apply even if Lindex itself takes or is the object of such hostile measures. Nor is Lindex obliged in other cases to pay compensation for damages arising where Lindex has taken normal care.
