How to Cancel Your Order
If you were logged in when placing your order and it has not yet been processed at our warehouse, you can cancel it.
Follow these steps:
- Go to My Lindex and select My Orders.
- Click Cancel.
- Your order will be automatically cancelled.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 1–3 working days after your order has been cancelled.
