How do I withdraw my order? How to Cancel Your Order If you were logged in when placing your order and it has not yet been processed at our warehouse, you can cancel it. Follow these steps: Go to My Lindex and select My Purchases. Click on the order that you wan to cancel. Click on Cancel order. Your order will be automatically cancelled. You will not receive an email confirmation when the order is cancelled. Instead, you can check whether the cancellation was successful by logging in to My Lindex and going to My Purchases. There, the order will be shown with the status Cancelled. If it is not possible to click ‘cancel’, it means the order is already being processed at the warehouse. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel the order at that stage. Customer Service is also unable to cancel the order, and you will instead need to return the package once you have received it. You can return your order by sending it back to Lindex and use the return label included in your parcel, or make the return in any of our stores in UK. If you were not logged in when you placed your order, in the link you will find instructions how to return your order. What happens to discounts or bonus points if I cancel my order? If you used a discount code or bonus when placing your order, it will be restored once the order is cancelled. If the discount or bonus has expired in the meantime, it unfortunately cannot be reactivated When will I receive my refund?
